PRODUCTION UNIT I - MATRIX / TREZE TÍLIAS

<p>It is the administrative center of the company. The Executive, Commercial and Industrial Boards, the Logistics and Supply office and Financial Administrative Board are allocated in this unit. The unit concentrates the commercial department, departments of Marketing, Dairy Policy, Information Technology, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance and Legal offices.</p>

PRODUCTION UNIT II - CHAPECÓ

<p>This unit concentrates the production of cheese, including: Cacciocavalo, Coalho (Rennet), Colonial, Minas, Mozzarella, Prato, Quark and Ricotta and also the special cheeses: Provolone, Parmesan and Gouda. The unit also produces requeijão (cream cheese) in a glass, tube and gourmet tube. The unit also includes the Industrial Management of Chapecó and their departments.</p>

PRODUCTION UNIT III – LINHA CAÇADOR / TREZE TÍLIAS

<p>In this unit UHT milk, pasteurized milk and milk powder are produced. It also produces table cream, UHT cream and gourmet cream, Prato and mozzarella cheese, butter, fresh milk, yogurts, milk drinks, chocolate drinks, juices and desserts. The unit also includes the Industrial and People Management and Logistics departments of Linha Caçador.</p>
